Lauterbrunnen Day 2

Ja!  Hello!  We had a spectacular day again today.  We started early by trying to go up to the "top of Europe", the Juanfrau, but the weather was not good enough for us to spend the 160 Swiss Francs (about $200) EACH to go to the top, so we went 1/2 way to Klien Schliegg and  hiked to Wengernald.  We then rode the cog wheel train back to Lauterbrunnen.  We hopped on a bus which took us to Trimmelbach falls, an experience that rates in one of my top 10 coolest!  My pics are ok, but the videos are better.  Then Wayne and I broke off from the group and hiked up to Staubach Falls, the huge waterfall we see from our hotel.  Tomorrow we travel to Germany where we will seek out the best saurbraten and red cabbage!!  I don't think we will have internet for the next couple of days which is sad as we are seeing two castles on Friday.  I will post pics on those ASAP!!  Have a wonderful day!!!

Happy Cows!  The bell sounds were so cool as the echoed down the canyon
